111-4-3663. “Hit $50” instant ticket lottery game number 230. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct an instant winner lottery game entitled “Hit $50.” The rules for this game are contained in K.A.R. 111-3-1 et seq. and 111-4-3663.

(f) “Hit $50” is a key number match game with an instant reveal and a multiplier feature. The player will scratch the play area to reveal two “WINNING NUMBERS” and five “YOUR NUMBERS” with a prize amount below each of the “YOUR NUMBERS.” If the player matches any of the “WINNING NUMBERS” to any of the “YOUR NUMBERS,” the player wins the prize amount shown below that number. If the player reveals a symbol of a moneybag, the player wins the prize amount shown below the moneybag symbol. If the player reveals a “2X” symbol, the player wins two times the prize amount shown below the “2X” symbol.
(g) Each ticket in this game may win up to 5 times.

Article 5.—MULTI-STATE ONLINE GAMES AND DRAWINGS
111-5-247. “Lucky for You!” Promotion. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct a drawing entitled “Lucky for You!” awarding seven cash prizes. Entries into the drawing will be accepted beginning at 12:01 a.m. on July 19, 2021 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on September 26, 2021. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on September 30, 2021, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) The specific ticket eligible for entry into this drawing shall be winning or non-winning Kansas Lottery Lucky for Life tickets that have not been previously entered into Kansas Lottery PlayOn (“PlayOn”) and that have not expired.
(c) Only registered PlayOn members may enter the drawing. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawing according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn. The player may enter the required data from the entry ticket manually for entry into the drawing. If the player does not enter the ticket data manually, the player may scan, if available, the ticket to enter data to be used for entry into the drawing using a mobile device and a downloaded Kansas Lottery PlayOn app. After the ticket data is successfully entered either manually or scanned using an app, the player will receive one entry per dollar based on the cost of the ticket. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on September 2, 2021, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) Only registered PlayOn members may enter the “Kansas Speedway Drawing.” PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawings according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn.
(c) A total of 533 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once into the drawing. A player may enter the drawing as many times as the player’s points allow but may only win once in this promotion.
(d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed. The prize package shall consist of the following: two tickets at Kansas Speedway for both the ARCA Menards Series Championship race and the NASCAR Xfinity Series Kansas Lottery 300 race on October 23, 2021, and NASCAR Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400 race on October 24, 2021; one double occupancy hotel room, at a hotel selected by the Lottery, for the evenings of October 22, 23 and 24, 2021; transportation between the hotel and Kansas Speedway; food and other amenities at the Kansas Lottery winners’ suite at Kansas Speedway; $400 cash; and state and federal mandatory income withholding taxes paid by the Kansas Lottery.
